Our Cube Steak is a Southern classic, ready for comfort food favorites. Each package contains about four tenderized cuts.
The steaks are mechanically tenderized with knife wheels, a process done right at the butcher shop to create the signature texture. Cube steak is perfect for slow cooking, pan frying, or smothering in gravy. One of our favorite ways to enjoy it is in the crock-pot, and we’ve even shared a recipe on our ranch blog to make it easy.
All of our beef is pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished. We never use preservatives, additives, or hormones. Our cattle are raised stress-free and ethically in a sustainable way.
