This listing is a deposit to reserve a half cow from our upcoming harvest.
All Silo Springs Ranch beef is grass-fed and grass-finished, raised naturally on pasture.
A half cow is approximately 180 pounds of packaged, take-home beef, vacuum sealed and labeled just like our retail cuts. You’ll receive a wide variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.
We currently offer three half cow options:
• Reserve Style – $1,900 total
• Steak Select Style – $1,900 total
• Personalized – $1,950 total
Each option includes the cost of the animal and USDA processing.
If you would like a fully personalized cut sheet, that is available for an additional $50 and includes a phone call to walk through your preferences.
At checkout, you will select your future pick-up date to secure your spot on our processing schedule.
On pick-up day, you will receive six cardboard boxes of frozen, vacuum-sealed, labeled beef, ready for your freezer.
This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due at pickup (cash or card only (cards receive a $50 fee for use on a half cow).
Pickup is from our General Store location only.
