Italian seasoning is one of those jars I reach for constantly. Not just for Italian dishes, either. A little on eggs, stirred into sour cream for a quick dip, mixed into lamb meatballs, or sprinkled over just about anything that needs a little more flavor.
Our Organic Italian Seasoning is salt-free, so you can add as much or as little salt as you like. It is a simple blend of the herbs we love to have on hand, with nothing extra getting in the way.
We start with certified organic cut-and-sifted herb leaves, then chop those leaves for easier cooking and a blend that is ready to use straight from the jar.
The blend contains oregano, marjoram, basil, rosemary, and thyme, all certified organic.
Like all of our Silo Springs Ranch seasonings, this Italian seasoning is hand blended by us in small batches and packaged in a glass jar. We use no fillers, preservatives, sugar, soy, or anti-caking agents. Just thoughtfully sourced organic herbs.
Because we leave out synthetic anti-caking agents, this seasoning may naturally clump if exposed to moisture or steam. We think keeping the ingredients simple is worth it.
