Every cut is from our pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished cattle. We raise our herd as stress-free and ethically as we can, without added hormones or steroids. Every package is individually vacuum sealed, labeled, frozen, and ready for your freezer, just like the beef we sell individually in our General Store.
