This listing is a RESERVATION for a quarter cow that will NOT be ready for pickup until your selected date (below).
You will select your future pickup date option below to hold your spot in our 2026 processing schedule.
A quarter cow is approximately 90 pounds of vacuum-sealed, labeled beef, packaged just like our retail cuts.
Just over half of the total weight is ground beef, packed in convenient 1 lb flat vacuum-sealed packages for easy stacking and fast thawing.
Each quarter cow includes a well-rounded variety of premium cuts such as:
• Filet steak
• Ribeye steak
• Top sirloin steak
• New York strip steak
• Chuck roasts
• Sirloin tip roasts
• Half brisket
• Chuck eye steak
• Cube steak
• Beef tips
Additional cuts may also be included depending on how the animal divides, including:
• Flat iron
• Osso buco
• Boneless short ribs
• Rump roast
• Denver steak
• Flank
• Skirt
• Bistro steak
• And other specialty cuts
(Please note: Cows do not divide evenly into quarters, but we ensure every box receives an excellent, balanced mix of cuts.)
At this price point, quarter cows are not customizable. However, if you’re looking for specific cuts or a custom breakdown, feel free to send us a message and we’ll happily provide a quote.
A quarter cow fills three of our 20” × 10” × 8” boxes.
